    Q: Exchanges and refunds
    Do you exchange or make refunds?

    A: In order to maintain a high level of quality, we at Party Packs to Go aim to ensure that all products are in perfect condition before they are dispatched. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product, please contact us immediately by emailing orders@partypackstogo.com.au to advise us of the situation and we will aim to rectify it as soon as possible.

    Returned products must be unused and in its original condition complete with packaging and returned within 7 days of receipt. Once the item has been received by Party Packs to Go, we will determine if the item is faulty. If a fault is detected, a full refund of the item price will be issued in the same way in which original payment was made. Return delivery is at the cost of the sender.

    Where do we source our products from?

    A: We obtain our products from all over the world, mainly from the USA and of course, try to find as much as we can in Australia. We seek unique, quality products that will engage and entertain children from all walks of life. We are children at heart and love to find new and interesting products and are always looking for better and more fantastic products. Keep visiting our site to see what else we have found.

    What currency are products quoted?

    A: All products are quoted in Australian Dollars AUD$. If you are purchasing from overseas, please contact us to arrange a quote at orders@partypackstogo.com.au

    Q: Delivery
    How long will it take you to post my order?

    A: If we have the items you have ordered in stock (we will in most cases, however sometimes an item becomes out of stock) and your payment has been received (and has cleared) then your order will be dispatched in usually 1 business day but up to 3 business days.

    Once payment has been confirmed and cleared, your order will be packed and dispatched and you will receive an email once that is done giving you details on estimated delivery times and a tracking number if available.

    Your delivery will also be registered with Australia Post, so we can also provide you with the registration number so you can track your order yourself.

    Q: Payment methods
    What payment methods do you accept?

    A: We use Paypal, you can send money to anyone with an email address. Just sign up for a PayPal account, log in and click the Send Money tab. You control how you pay, too: bank account, credit card or your PayPal balance. It’s all about choice: yours!

    We will also accept payment by direct bank deposit, bank cheque, money order, and cash for pick up orders, however, these will need to be arranged by emailing us at orders@partypackstogo.com.au or call us at 07 32662456.
